    The above mentioned rates are per room, per night and include service charge, VAT and, daily buffet breakfast maximum 2 guests per room. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi and free use of fitness center and free use of laundry room.

    Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

    • Reservation should be prepaid or guaranteed
    • Changes and cancellations of guaranteed bookings can be made until 48 hours prior to arrival date without any fees
    • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival date - one night penalty charge will be applied for each room booked
    • The hotel can confirm reservation only upon availability

    Make payment in-person at hotel front-desk with booking confirmation after reservation confirmed.

    After successful booking, the hotel will issue the accommodation confirmation letter and invoice. You may submit your request via this conference-contact email, and we will forward it to the hotel for follow-up.

    完成预订后，住宿预订单、发票由酒店负责出具。相关需求可通过本会务联系邮箱转达，由我方转交酒店处理。

Participants may choose to stay at other hotels, as there are many other accommodation options in the surrounding area. However, please note that daily shuttle services to and from the conference venue, as well as pick-up for site visits, will be available only at these two hotels. Participants staying elsewhere will need to arrange their own transport to the designated pick-up points.
